I purchased a Trailer, Viking 17' in Sept. 2024 and due to other commitments have not been able to use it yet ( dated April, 22, 2025). I was doing a pre-trip check today and could not get the water heater to work. I called your office late afternoon and relayed the problem. Brad Peden said he was on his way into town and could come by and have a look. 30 minutes later he was at my home and showed me my mistake and had the heater fired up right away. We drove to BC in order to specifically purchase a slightly used Bigfoot at PEDEN Recreational Vehicle Ltd. We did not trust the process of buying from a private party (based on recent experiences of looking at several offered in the PNW of USA). Months after the sale, the folks at PEDEN have continued to support us through ongoing frustrations in dealing with our CA DMV here. We are very happy with the vehicle and trust that the inspection done by PEDEN was forthright and honest.

Dealing with Tony and the whole Peden team we can’t say enough. Our story is long but the whole way to us choosing a new 2023 Apex Nano was a great experience. Buying new trailers there are always a few kinks on the way but with Peden they are MORE than accommodating!!! We looked for the right trailer for years and always went back to our salesman Tony. We originally started out looking for a used camper, which became a camper van. We soon realized they were too small & began looking at Class C motorhomes. We looked at used private as the pricing was more appealing but quickly learned that we needed to increase the budget to feel comfortable with our purchase. Emilio was patient, extremely knowledgeable and answered our many many questions. He followed up witn us by phone & email when he felt there was a product on the lot we might be interested in. We made our decision, financing with Don was a breeze & Peden took great care in offering a walk thru of all the systems. The tuturiol provided by Dan ( who came in on his day off during a long weekend to accommodate our schedules) was very helpful & entertaining. On our test camp close to home we were experiencing a problem so I sent an email to Emilio. I figured he'd get it after the long weekend. He replied immediately AND came to our campsite to check up and see if he could help. Now that is going above & beyond and we being new to RV'ing can't tell you how much that meant to us!! Emilio & Dan are true professionals and I feel like they are now our friends! Highly recommend the Peden RV experience!!! First class all the way!
